INSERT CELL ROW AND COLUMN IN EXCEL EASILY.

If we want to INSERT or ADD any CELL or any ROW or any COLUMN in our SHEET, we can easily ADD or add it.

01.INSERT CELL ROW AND COLUMN

We can easily ADD any CELL, ROW and COLUMN in our SHEET by doing some STEPS.

For example, we have been given a photo below, in which we have been given a series of NUMBER and now if we want to add a CELL to our series, we will do some simple STEPS.

STEP -1 # First we will SELECT the CELL where we want to add the CELL.

After that we will RIGHT CLICK on the same CELL.

STEP -2  #   After this, we will CLICK on the OPTION of INSERT.

STEP -3 # After this we see four OPTIONs. Will CLICK on that.

In all these, we will select the OPTION as SELECT and click CLICK on OK.

(i) If we want to ADD a CELL and move our DATA to the right SIDE, we will first select OPTION SELECT and click OK.

(ii) If we want to ADD a CELL and move our DATA to the bottom, then we will do another OPTION SELECT and click OK.

(iii) If we want to ADD the entire ROW then we will do the third OPTION SELECT and click OK.

(iv) If we want to ADD the entire COLUMN, then we will do the fourth OPTION SELECT and click OK.

So in this way we can easily add CELL ROW and COLUMN anywhere using INSERT OPTION.

02. DELETE CELL ROW AND COLUMN

We can DELETE any CELL ROW and COLUMN in the same manner as we learned to INSERT or ADD above.

For this also, we will first select CELL which we have to DELETE, after that we will RIGHT CLICK and we will see the OPTION of DELETE and click on it. After that we will see four OPTIONs.

(i) SHIFT CELLS LEFT.

If we use it then our CELL DELETE moves the entire ROW LEFT side.

(ii) SHIFT CELLS UP.

If we use this then our CELL DELETE moves the entire COLUMN upwards.

(iii) ENTIRE ROW.

If we use it then our entire ROW is DELETE and all the ROWs below are moved upwards.

(iv) ENTIRE COLUMN.

If we use it, then our entire COLUMN is DELETE and all COLUMNs are moved to LEFT SIDE.

So from this side we can easily INSERT or DELETE any CELL, ROW and COLUMN.

NOTE: – We will SELECT as many CELLs as we want to ADD. If we want to ADD or DELETE 3 CELLs, then we will SELECT them all at once and do all the rest of our STEPS.
