SPEAK CELLS COMMAND.
SPEAK CELLS is a good COMMAND used in COMMAND EXCEL.
By using it, we can do our work easily and the possibility of our mistake also becomes work.
We use this COMMAND in our CELL, so CELL tells us by itself that what we have written in it.
With which we can easily match the DATA of our hardcopy to the DATA of the softcopy and in this we do not need any help and our mistake is also possible.
We can use it by doing some STEPS.
STEP -1 # Firstly we will CLICK on the arrow sign given in QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR.
STEP -2 # After that we see an OPTION, CLICK on MORE COMMANDS in it.
STEP -3 # Then we will SELECT ALL COMMANDS in CHOOSE CAMMANDS.
STEP -4 # Then below the SCROLL BAR in the given OPTION we will SEARCH SPEAK CELLS and we see here 5 OPTIONS of SPEAK CELLS, we will SELECT them by ADD and CLICK to OK.
After CLICK on OK, all OPTIONS are added to the QUICK ACCESS TOOLBAR.
START SPEAK CELLS: – After CLICK on it, our CELL makes START speak.
STOP SPEAK CELLS: – CLICK on it, our CELL stops speaking.
START UP TO DOWN: – After SELECTing this, START to COMMAND, our CELLS will first speak the above CELL and then the CELL below.
START LEFT TO RIGHT: – After SELECTing it to START COMMAND, our CELLS will first speak to LEFT CELL and then to CELL with RIGHT.
SPEAK ON ENTER: – When SELECT this, we will enter PRESS by writing anything in any cell, then our CELL tells itself what we have written in it.
Before START the COMMAND in any CELL, SELECT that CELL then CLICK it on START. And as soon as CLICK, our CELL starts speaking.
